- Board Certified Required
- Active PA License Required
- Active DEA
- ACLS and BLS
- Minimum of 2 years experience Required
- Bread and Butter General Anesthesia, ENT, GYN, OB, Plastics, Endo, Urology, Ortho, Vascular, Neuro and Thoracic
- EMR
- Cerner
