APAC Sales Excellence Lead — Programs & Growth

A leading consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a Sales Excellence Manager to drive sales performance improvement across the APAC region. This role involves developing and executing programs that enhance sales capabilities and productivity. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 7–12 years of experience in Sales Excellence or B2B Sales, and strong analytical skills. Additionally, experience with CRM tools and program management is highly desirable. The position offers a performance bonus and a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm.
