APAC Total Rewards & Compensation Lead

TEA EXPLORER PTE LTD is looking for a regional subject matter expert for Compensation initiatives across APAC. The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years of progressive experience in Total Rewards and fluency in Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
