Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Definition Support: Collaborate with Japanese directors to support clients (mainly Japanese startups) in specifying requirements from a technical perspective.
- Deeply understand the intent and background of the Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) created on the Japanese side, and convey them accurately and clearly to the Vietnamese development team.
- Not only consolidate questions (QA) from the development team and confirm them with the Japanese side, but also be expected to propose solutions independently.
- Create supplementary documentation using Confluence as needed.
- Collaborate with Tech Leads, QC, and Creative leaders to understand the technical scope of impact and break down tasks (create tickets) using Jira.
