Your role includes
- Customer Support: Provide best‑in‑class support to new and existing customers throughout the API technical onboarding journey, ensuring excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Tools: Provide technical support to customers using a wide range of technologies such as Postman, MS Teams, Salesforce, and Freshdesk.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Product and Engineering to ensure a smooth technical onboarding for new and existing customers.
