Responsibilities:

• Advocate for injured workers in their compensation claims

• Manage a full caseload of claims through various stages of litigation

• Use your knowledge of Workers Compensation and Civil Litigation to build strong cases

• Utilize Case Management Software and Adobe Acrobat for document management and organization

• Handle claim administration and complaint handling with detail-oriented and empathetic approach

• Employ your Spanish Translation skills when necessary to ensure clear communication with all clients

• Leverage your knowledge of Personal Injury Plaintiffs in the handling of cases
