Opportunity Description
This role will serve as the primary functional owner for Oracle Fusion HCM, built on a strong Core HR/Global HR foundation, with primary functional focus on Absence Management and Talent Management. The consultant will take over end‑to‑end delivery, enhancements, and day‑to‑day (BAU) support previously managed in‑house, and will partner with HR and key stakeholders to keep the system stable, drive continuous improvements, and ensure readiness for Oracle quarterly updates.
Responsibilities
- End‑to‑end implementation: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), rollout, stakeholder demos, training materials, and post‑go‑live support.
- Enhancements/change requests: assess requirements, propose Oracle best‑practice solutions, implement via Sandbox, test, document, and deploy changes.
