Summary:
This role will focus on identifying and delivering technical support and tools to expand the division's various market segment solutions based strategies.
Essential Functions:
Assist with creation and launch support tools to demonstrate the material properties (i.e. videos, technical web tools, white papers, etc.) Provide technical support by partnering with sales staff, and be involved in customer engagements (i.e. trade shows, new product / capability identification, road-mapping etc.) Provide recommendations for product improvement, new products, expanded capabilities and partnership or acquisition recommendations.
