- Up to $2,350
- Sunday – Thursday, (5 days work week including weekend and PH duty), 11am – 8.30pm
Responsibilities:
To assist and support Alternative Sales Division Sales team with all applications data entry and submission for processing.
- Data Entry
- To adhere to submissions SLA
- To ensure accuracy of information entered into the sales tracker
- Ensure accuracy of key fields.
- Print applications and issue Batch Header + Encryption of Excel to Branch/COPC as per Submissions SLA.
- Requesting for status update from COC/Branch for Accounts Pending >T+4
- Replying to enquires from email received (Alternate Channel Sales and branches)
- Opening of envelopes batched back by sale teams from branches and mail in by customer via BRE
- Ensure promptly give out voucher to entitled customer (check XRM and send SMS via Hellotech)
