Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

2–4 years of experience in Application Monitoring, IT Operations, or similar roles.

Monthly Salary Package:

10,000 - 14,000 SAR

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong understanding of core IT concepts: networking, operating systems, and databases.

Hands-on experience with monitoring tools and platforms (e.g., APM suites, log management tools).

Ability to interpret performance metrics such as response time, throughput, and error rates.

Ability to analyze and identify application bottlenecks.

Experience in collecting, managing, and analyzing application logs.

Familiarity with configuring alerting mechanisms and health checks.
