Job Description
Responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of training programs for the CASTLE-NET program. This role involves assessing training needs, overseeing creation of training materials, managing training staff, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that training initiatives align with CASTLE-NET needs and USACE policies and objectives. The Training Manager oversees development of evaluation criteria, the evaluations of training program effectiveness, and improvements as needed.
Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field with 8 years of experience in training and development.
