Application Support Specialist (Releases and Deployments) R750 000.00

Responsibilities

• Provide application maintenance and support to the Sales team.
• Maintain and support production and non-production environments.
• Prepare implementation plans and application monitoring.
• Manage testing (pre and post implementation).
• Perform daily health checks, routine maintenance, run production scripts, and log change requests.
• Ensure system and application stability and availability through support and maintenance.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

• Knowledge and understanding of Agile methods.
• Knowledge of performance, configuration, and management tools.
• Experience in DevOps, enterprise software development, Windows-based operating systems, and .NET technology.
• Exposure/experience in cloud computing, implementing and maintaining application performance and monitoring tools, sales support, and commissions systems.
• Insurance background.
