Role Overview

Applied AI Engineer – AI Agents. You’ll work closely with our Product/Automation team and cross‑functional stakeholders to design, build, and deploy production‑grade AI agents that automate and improve key company workflows – without compromising patient experience or clinical quality.

Key Tasks

• Ship end‑to‑end AI agents and workflows that solve real operational and customer‑facing problems across the company
• Develop and iterate on agent architectures, evaluation pipelines, and performance frameworks to ensure reliability and measurable outcomes.
• Translate emerging AI research and tooling into practical, production‑ready solutions.
