Applied AI Engineer: Build Fast Fintech AI Tools

We build financial infrastructure for banks and fintechs across emerging markets, supporting institutions that serve more than 25 million end customers. We’re now building practical AI products and internal tools across workflows, interfaces, and decision-support use cases. We’re looking for a strong builder who can turn AI ideas into working products fast. This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, AI workflows, and product thinking. You’ll take real use cases from concept to prototype, ship quickly, and help shape where AI creates the most leverage across the business.

This is not a research role or a pure data science role. It’s an applied role for someone who can use LLMs, coding agents, APIs, data, and sound judgment to build fast and build well.
