Applied Psychologist & Organizational Research Lead

MINDEF is seeking a professional to lead applied psychological research projects and services in Singapore. You will manage various projects, provide organisational support, and facilitate improvements through psychological insights.

The ideal candidate should have an educational background in Psychology, possess strong research design skills, and good interpersonal qualities, and should ideally hold a membership in the Singapore Psychological Society. This role also involves supervising junior staff.
