Apprentice - Assistant Creative Director

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and creatively driven Apprentice to support the Creative Director for the EMEA region across the Estée Lauder Companies brand portfolio, spanning Fragrance, Makeup, Skincare, and Haircare. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full creative process — from early concept development through pre-production, production supervision, and post-production — across campaign formats including Online, Social, In-Store, and OOH activations. 

Support research, ideation, and development of creative concepts across multiple brands Contribute to mood boards, visual research, and creative presentations Assist in building decks for internal and external stakeholders Translate strategic briefs into strong visual directions
