• Dealing with emails from customers, suppliers and other queries

• Planning diary and daily rotas for installations

• Answering the phones, arranging appointments for customers

• Handling invoices and quotations, chasing up payments

• Dealing with customers, face-to-face in the showroom

• Occasional Saturdays may be required

• Taking payments
