Will be working with a GL team distributed in EU.

Requirements

• Experience applying AI tools to QA and automation workflows — or a demonstrable ability and willingness to adopt them quickly.
• Familiarity with test automation, as CI/CD-integrated quality gates and specification-derived test generation are core to the delivery process.
• Experience leading a team of QA Engineers, including ownership of standards and delivery cadence.
• Ability to work across disciplines — with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders — to integrate quality considerations throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Comfort conducting client-facing presentations and negotiating requirements, scope, and priorities with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Ability to extract and operationalise requirements from ambiguous or incomplete sources, including informal conversations, partial specifications, and undocumented domain knowledge.
