Job Title: Practitioner – Arrest Referral
Salary: £25,877.80 - £30,868 per annum
Location: Birmingham
Hours: 37 per week (full-time, permanent – flexible working pattern required)

Engaging young people in police custody with empathy and professionalismDelivering brief interventions that empower and build resilienceSupporting access to wider services to reduce risks and improve outcomesWorking flexibly across evenings and weekends in multi-agency settingsKeeping accurate case records and liaising with partner organisationsWhat we’re looking for:
