Overview

We are seeking a visionary and dedicated A&R to join our team and play a key role in the growth of our platform and the artists we represent.

Responsibilities

• Identify artists, labels, and catalogs that are potential clients for the company and align with the office's guidelines and objectives.
• Follow up with potential clients.
• Propose deals with advances that meet the office's guidelines and objectives.
• Maintain relationships with current clients assigned to them.
• Manage the onboarding process for new clients. This includes catalog migration, adding YouTube channels to the company's MCNs, and handing over clients to project managers.
• Ensure proper management of clients, their content, percentages, and other aspects through our CMS.
• Train clients in the effective use of our platform.
