Architect

Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Preferably in Government Projects)

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Architect with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and at least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in government projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and coordinating architectural works in compliance with government norms, standards, and project requirements.

• Preparation of architectural designs, drawings, and detailed project reports (DPRs) for government projects.
• Development of concept designs, working drawings, and GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
• Coordination with structural, MEP, and other consultants for integrated project delivery.
