Architectural Coordinator/Supervisor

We are seeking an Architectural Coordinator to manage architectural related works, including technical and site works.

• Preparing and getting approval for shop drawings, material samples, Method of Statements timely and correctively from relevant consultants and authorities according to code & practices, specifications, drawings, etc.
• Trade demos / sample units and architectural site works inspection and clearance.
• Coordinating various subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality control.
• Coordinating with M&E, Structural, Landscape to clear all technical issues in advance to avoid any delay of site works.
• Preparing as‑built drawings, final authorities submission, Conquas related, etc. to clear final authorities inspection and compliances.
• Other duties as assigned by Departmental Manager.
