Architectural Designer

The Design Abode is looking out for a fun, passionate & motivated team-player who is ready for fresh challenges in design innovation. Candidates should be able to confidently manage a project from its conceptualization to its execution, while under the supervision of Associates or Directors. Candidates should also be able to engage with all parties involved in a project. Most of all, candidates should enjoy the rigourous process of seeing design concepts come to life.

• Take instructions from Associates or Directors & to execute the project
• Meet with client in order to understand the client's objectives and requirements
• Communicate effectively with client & team in order to address client's needs
• Prepare presentations with the team for client's review
• Prepare drawings & documents for authority submissions
• Prepare tender drawings & documents with the team for contractors to quote
