Our client, an Architectural Design Firm in Chicago has an immediate need for an Architectural Director of Operations for their Chicago office. This is fully remote with occasional job site training and offsite professional enrichment gatherings.
JOB DESCRIPTION
This individual will be responsible for overseeing all firm responsibilities for the preparation of construction drawings, permitting and entitlements, contract administration, preparation of addenda and construction bulletins, review of RFIs and submittals, closeouts and warranty reviews. The individual should possess and apply expert knowledge of materials, assemblies, and technical detail solutions.
