Architectural Site Supervisor

WELLTECH CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Building Coordinator to oversee architectural works at construction sites. The role requires reporting to the Project Manager, managing subcontractors, and ensuring site safety procedures are followed.

The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma or Degree in Building Architecture and have at least 1 year of local experience in residential building projects. Familiarity with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks is an advantage.
