Description

The Architectural Supervisor is responsible for overseeing project operation with regards to Architectural works, ensuring that the project will be delivered on schedule on quality and on budget, also responsible for utilization of all site equipment operation for architectural works, monitoring of manpower and materials on site.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

Pre-Construction Activities

• Preparation of RFA/RFI prior to execution.
• Coordinate t TSG Supervisor and Surveyor for the site layout.
• Coordinate to Planning Engineer for proper sequence of work and work methodology
• Responsible for estimate of Architectural quantities and coordinate to Cost Engineer for committed cost.
• Responsible for materials approval.
