As an Area Manager (Alberta Market), you are the vital link between all the stores you oversee. You are resourceful and innovative with an entrepreneurial spirit and lots of drive. You possess keen business awareness and a strong understanding of retail sales, market trends, profit performance, and you excel in budget planning. You exert influence and ensure that all your stores achieve and/or surpass their financial goals. You are a team player that knows how to inspire, coach, motivate, develop, and evaluate your management teams to achieve maximum performance and to optimize the customer experience. You ensure that all your stores operate in compliance with Brand and Visual presentation standards, as well as Company policies and procedures.
