Opportunity Description
As an Area Manager, you will lead a team of Distributor Area Executives to meet sales targets and KPIs across all product lines (Open Channel) and build strong relationships with dealers to foster their success within the Maxis business journey.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for distributor efficiency and dealer development.
- Expand distribution points and maintain healthy trade buffer stock.
- Train and develop dealers in product knowledge, selling skills, and IT systems.
- Design and implement effective sales campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with trade visitation cycles.
- Submit management reports in a timely manner.
- Plan and prioritize network expansion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree specializing in Business or Marketing.
- 5‑6 years of work experience with 2‑4years relevant experience in a similar industry.
