Responsibilities

• Lead and manage three production departments, ensuring full achievement of cost, quality, safety and sustainability targets.
• Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the assigned production areas, applying Lean principles and best operational practices.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety, environmental and quality standards, promoting a strong safety culture within the teams.
• Coordinate and co‑lead projects within the scope of the production areas, from planning to execution and follow‑up.
• Manage all operations at factory level to ensure efficient production and high quality products.
• Deliver against plant performance KPIs, budget and projects.
• Set up and execute development plans for plant personnel.
• Ensure operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations.
