Opportunity Description
1.The candidate will oversee 12-15 stores in Pune and other parts of Maharashtra, with a base in Pune. Responsibilities include driving year-on-year growth, ensuring profitability, providing training, managing store team recruitment, and closely monitoring adherence to SOPs.
2. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Area Manager, managing at least 7-10 COCO stores, is required.
3. Strong analytical skills are essential, along with hands-on experience in Excel and PowerPoint.
