Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Maintain and establish good relationship with the bank partner to generate and increase more sales.
- Manage a team of financial solutions consultations (FSCs) to ensure delivery of hitting sales targets and other related business activities.
- Enhance the selling skills, hone talent and professional comprehension of each FSC in the area through training and field work.
- Make use of different managerial techniques to guide and establish FSCs potential to reach maximum growth.
- Conduct pocket briefings and trainings for the team members.
Qualifications
- Flexible / Willing to be based in South Luzon.
- Bachelor’s degree graduate.
- Minimum 3-5 years solid managerial sales experience in insurance or banking industry.
