Opportunity Description
Qualification & Experience:
- MBA with 4 to 5 years of sales experience preferably in FMCG
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Share monthly forecasted targets for sales with upper management and receive appropriate feedback for amendments.
- Receive final budget and allocate to various territories / towns as per their past potential to achieve targeted contributions margins etc.
- Conduct daily analysis to ensure that the devised plan is being followed and provide solutions and alternatives for any deviances / discrepancies.
- Formulate secondary sales plans on monthly / weekly basis to determine how much to order in respective week and to steer secondary sales accordingly.
- Conduct monthly meetings with territory officers and shares monthly/annual sales plan with sales team; Perform need-based visits to relevant territories to resolve pertinent issues and steer sales activities as per direction of the plan.
