Responsibilities:

· Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

· Designing and implementing an Area Tender plan.

· Designing and implementing an Area sales/commercial plan aligned with the National, EMEA and Corporate strategy

· Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
