We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales team within the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing distribution networks, and driving business growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned area
- Lead, manage, and motivate Sales Officers and Sales Representatives
- Appoint new distributors and expand the dealer network
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and market coverage
- Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance and training
- Plan and execute sales strategies and promotional activities
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Ensure timely order collection, payment follow-ups, and outstanding recovery
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory plans
