Area Sales Supervisor

Job Description

• Conduct outlet visits to ensure SOP compliance, staffing, and inventory readiness
• Implement sales plans and analyze performance vs. targets
• Support sales growth through product, pricing, and market insights
• Coach and guide outlet teams to meet sales and service standards
• Build strong relationships with franchisees, customers, and mall partners
• Resolve customer concerns and operational issues
• Submit timely sales and performance reports
• Coordinate with HR, Logistics, Marketing, and Supply Chain for outlet needs
• Participate in strategic and improvement initiatives
• Perform other tasks assigned by management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
• 2+ years in area sales/multi-branch operations, 1+ year in supervisory role
