Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the sales team, including Technical Sales Engineers and Sales Officer.
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members.
- Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets by actively participating in business development efforts.
- Assist in the preparation of quotations, proposals, and client presentations.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports for management.
- Identify sales process improvements and ensure proper implementation of sales procedures.
- Support after-sales service by coordinating with the Technical and Project teams.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular sales team meetings to align on targets and share updates.
- Provide timely feedback and reports to the Sales Manager on market trends and team performance.
