Opportunity Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of Business Development Officers in the assigned area
- Set sales targets and ensure these are met or exceeded
- Implement and monitor sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and store execution
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to sales team members
- Monitor sales performance through reports and analytics
- Ensure effective execution of trade promotions, merchandising standards, and marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with logistics, inventory, and marketing teams for smooth operations
- Address customer issues and resolve complaints promptly
