Artisan (Short-term contract)

Overview

Our client is looking for experienced Artisan’s for a short-term contract focused on the mechanical relocation of machinery. Candidates must be self-sufficient and have their own tools.

Requirements

• Trade-tested fitter / millwright / electrician
• 5+ years' hands-on experience in a relevant sector (manufacturing, industrial)
• Own hand and power tools (essential)
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics
• Strong understanding of health & safety on-site
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Safe disconnection, preparation, and relocation of machinery and mechanical equipment
• Re-installation and alignment of machinery at new locations
• Basic commissioning checks post-installation
• Adherence to site safety protocols (PPE, lockout/tagout)
