Assembler and Test Technician

• Perform assembly operations on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical valves, actuators, and systems.


• Utilize a variety of electrical and mechanical measuring instruments, assembly tools, and cleaning devices.


• Work from drawings, worksheets, and parts lists to ensure accurate assembly and testing.


• Conduct diagnostic rework and troubleshooting on units that do not meet test requirements.


• Engage in repair work typically run with production units.


• Operate on hydraulic stands to perform assembly functions and set-up AMPS and 151 stages.


• Perform testing using defined procedures to ensure product quality.
