Assembly Associate

AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) is hiring! We are looking for a hardworking, driven, team member to join our production operations. In this role you will be part of our team that focuses on the preparation and assembly of various raw material. All A-Team members are cross trained inside and outside their main department. Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain drill presses, miter saws, table saws, and other essential machinery to meet production needs.

Perform material cutting to precise width and length specifications, including specialized modifications as needed.

Assist in the assembly and production of high-quality products, adhering to company standards and timelines.

Collaborate with the team on performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
