The Assembly Operator assembles and inspects electrical components for Power Distribution Units (PDUs) and related products, following detailed engineering specifications and standard operating procedures to ensure high-quality, reliable equipment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble Power Distribution Units (PDUs) and other electrical components according to engineering specifications and work instructions.
- Assemble cables, harnesses, electronic, and electro-mechanical test equipment in line with defined technical requirements.
- Inspect assembled electrical components and PDUs to verify quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
- Replace and remove electrical components on PDUs as needed, including performing basic repairs on units.
