Progressive Group is looking for an Assembly Technician to join our Hamilton-based production team. This role would suit someone with mechanical aptitude, a trade-school background, pre-trade qualification, workshop experience, or a strong interest in learning how technical machinery is built and installed.

Good fit if you have reliable, safety-conscious, and keen to learn. You will read drawings, switch on, safety-conscious, and keen to learn.

About the role

You will help assemble and install a range of high-quality products, from electronic control systems through to precision grading equipment used in industry.

You will work alongside experienced team members to make sure our products are assembled safely, accurately, and to a high standard.
