Assessment Analyst (Institutional Research Analyst II)

Position Summary

SDSU Career Services is building a centralized, data-informed infrastructure to transform how the university tracks career outcomes, labor market alignment, and work-based learning success. The Assessment Analyst will be at the center of that effort. This role supports two Presidential Directives and major CSU systemwide initiatives focused on career outcomes reporting, workforce alignment, and accreditation compliance. The Assessment Analyst will lead data collection, analysis, and reporting efforts that strengthen institutional decision-making and elevate SDSU’s visibility and impact.
