The role is part of the Accounting Transactions Team and will be responsible for supporting the asset team with general asset duties.
Responsibilities
Execute fixed asset accounting processes in line with policies and procedures.Perform project capitalizations.Maintain mailboxes and action any ad hoc queries in respect of assets.Raise manual journals as necessary.Respond to queries/request from external auditors.Perform detailed capital work and global reconciliation across multiple systems, including Clarity.Generate and distribute routine fixed asset reporting.Update budget limits on projects, create projects in SAP.Assist with assets additions, disposals, WBS set ups.Assist in fixed asset cycle counts, budget and forecast tasks.Support continuous improvement plans and projects.Education Requirements
