Asset Management Analyst

Our client is seeking a Senior Asset Management Analyst to manage and optimise the end-to-end software asset lifecycle using ServiceNow (including SAM Pro and HAM), with a focus on licence compliance, cost optimisation, and data-driven insights across complex software publishers. (Hybrid Calgary)

Must Have

• Proven hands‑on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro implementation or operations.
• Strong understanding of complex software licensing and subscription models.
• Experience with licence compliance, optimisation, and vendor audit support.
• Solid knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and normalised software models.
• IT Asset Management (ITAM) experience.

Accountabilities Include

• Operate and optimise ServiceNow SAM Pro, including Software Asset Workspace, licence reconciliation, and optimisation dashboards.
