Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize the lifecycle and performance of company assets ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Oversee the acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of assets including real estate, equipment, and other valuable resources
- Conduct regular asset audits and inspections to verify asset existence, condition and compliance with company policies and regulations
- Manage asset data and documentation including creating and maintaining accurate records of asset information, depreciation, and valuation
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- Possesses relevant certifications such as Certified Asset Management Professional (CAMP) or similar credentials
