Job Description

• Preparation and maintain full set of accounts and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data captured, including progressive billing and progressive claims.
• Maintain accurate daily accounting records, cash flow management and assist to improve on internal control, policies and procedures.
• Preparation in yearly budget includes control & monitoring budget spending in weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and yearly end close processes.
• Ensure proper filing of documents for maintenance, retrieval and archiving.
• Preparation of tax computation and tax estimation CP204.
• Liaison with banker, solicitor, relevant authority, auditor and tax consultants for all work matters related to annual audit and income tax matters etc.
