Opportunity Description
HRSI is looking for Assistant Accounts for one of its leading client.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and vouchers
- Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments)
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process invoices, bills, and expense claims
- Reconcile bank statements and cash accounts
- Assist in GST/VAT, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance (as applicable)
- Support audits by preparing required documents and schedules
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/accountants
Required Skills & Qualifications
