- Drive continuous improvements in audit methodologies and internal processes.
- Support professional development activities including training, recruitment, and resource planning.
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field (e.g., Finance, Business).
- Min 3 to 4 years of relevant audit experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and accounting principles.
- Experience in managing audit teams and client portfolios.
