HCA-Florida Westside Hospital is currently seeking an **Assistant Chief** for their **Free Standing Emergency Room** in the Fort Lauderdale area- Plantation, FL that just recently moved to a brand new building in Feb 2026.

+ 12 beds
+ around 19,000 visits per year
+ 24 hours Physician coverage
+ 11 hours APP coverage
+ EMR: Meditech

**Easy admissions to Westside Hospital (a comprehensive Stroke and STEMI center) that has an affiliation with HCA FL Westside Emergency Medicine Residency Program

**Qualifications**
Candidates must be Board Certified or in­ American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM) or American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine (AOBEM). Must also have Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) ­and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).­
